Elizabeth Ide was thrilled to welcome the celebrated author of "The Mitten" and "Cozy," Jan Brett, last Friday as part of her Winter Wonderland tour. Attendees were treated to a presentation and Cozy the Musk Ox drawing session. There was also a chance to take a photo with Hedgie the Hedgehog! Anderson's Bookstore provided the opportunity for guests to purchase and have their books signed by Jan. TEAM 66 generously sponsored hot cocoa for everyone, and we are grateful to the Indian Prairie Library for collaborating with us on this wonderful event as people came from far and wide. Special thanks to everyone that helped orchestrate this event under the direction of Elizabeth Ide's amazing librarian, Gina Hendron.
