Our second graders are making progress toward our butterfly garden by meeting the needs of plants with light and water.



Students have been working on first grade math skills during center time. They are practicing addition, subtraction, fact fluency and more!

Our Kindergarteners love building team sentences during word work! This activity helps us practice sight words, letter sounds, sentence structure, turn taking, and teamwork!


Crazy Hair Day fun!





Our Kindergarteners love active learning! We have been using nonstandard measurement tools to practice measuring and comparing different objects and distances, including our frog jumps! 🐸


First graders have been working hard during Daily 5! Some of the centers they participate in are work on writing, write the room, and guided reading groups. Students continue to develop their writing and reading skills during this time!

It’s Crazy Hair Day at Elizabeth Ide School. Some made messy hair with gel and some used colorful spray!
