Our Kindergarteners love active learning! We have been using nonstandard measurement tools to practice measuring and comparing different objects and distances, including our frog jumps! 🐸
First graders have been working hard during Daily 5! Some of the centers they participate in are work on writing, write the room, and guided reading groups. Students continue to develop their writing and reading skills during this time!

Transitional words! 1st Grade writers are stretching out their writing skills by using transitional words and phrases, such as "Early in the morning,..." instead of "First,..."
